# 红豆沙馅

* 红小豆：500g
* 水：1250g

以上两样高压锅上汽后25分钟煮软。随后放到不粘锅中进行搅拌。

* 黄油：55g（可以再多一些）
* 砂糖：
  * 80g（微微有一些甜味）
  * 120g（作为豆包的甜味下限）
* 盐：1～2g
